Founded by yoga instructor and theatre/movement director Zoe Sharp, Jiva Yoga brings its signature dynamic and playful yoga classes to venues across London.

Having sustained a neck injury surfing after years of kickboxing, static trapeze and pilates, Zoe fell into yoga as a way to put herself back together. Even after she could look back, she didn’t, and completed her 200hr teaching training in December 2012.

She brings a sense of experimentation, play and lightness to each class, aiming to teach athletic and dynamic flows to open the body and bring it into balance with the mind. Structured around the Ashtanga Vinyasa sun salutes, sessions at a Jiva Yoga class will leave you worked hard, stretched out, and calmed down.

Zoe is registered RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance UK, demonstrating that she has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance UK as a sign of highest standard. Furthermore, she is qualified to teach Yoga for Teenagers with YogaRebels (July 2013) and has completed her 100hr Advanced Ashtanga Vinyasa qualification with The Yoga People (November 2013), setting her well on her way to her 500hr teaching qualification.
