Yoga has the potential to deliver a stronger, lighter, more flexible body, a feeling of profound calm and relaxation. We feel youthful, energetic and happy to be alive!

Jennifer encourages all students to cultivate an awareness and sensitivity to the responses of the body to yoga. If we are skilful in our practice, we can explore what is possible with a view to transcending our limits and allowing new possibilities to emerge.
Yoga offers much more than a means of restoring physical health; it is a complete spiritual science, a system for healing, transformation and self-realisation on all levels.
Aspects of yoga practice include pranayama (breathwork), dhyana (meditation), mantra (chanting), sutra (philosophy), yoga anatomy and more. When we approach yoga from an integrated perspective, we create the conditions for a deeper and more nourishing experience.
