Jennifer is offering inner yoga classes; to include pranayama (breathwork), mudra (sacred hand gestures) and mantra (chanting). Exploring these in combination leads to a refining of practice, a discovery of the subtleties of the energy body and ultimately the deeper dimensions of the self. The techniques are gentle, calming and accessible to all. It will be a seated session, with some preliminary attention to posture.

The class will be suitable for all who have some experience of yoga, from any teaching tradition. The sessions will be an ideal complement to regular yoga classes and suit those who would like to explore a broader view of the practice or who may be thinking of taking a teacher training qualification.
