Private sessions

Jennifer offers private yoga to individuals and groups by appointment. Sessions take place at a time to suit you, including evenings and weekends. Jennifer works from dedicated therapy venues in and around Glastonbury.  Home visits may be possible, please enquire. 

Private sessions can be useful in a variety of circumstances, for example:

  • You have a busy schedule and cannot make it to class.
  • You would like a deeper experience of yoga, with sessions tailored to your needs.
  • You would like to use yoga as a therapeutic technique to treat a specific condition.
  • You would like to broaden your practice to include mantra, sutra, pranayama, meditation.
  • You would enjoy the intimacy and focussed attention of a private session.
  • You are developing in confidence before joining a group or workshop.
  • You would like guidance and support in creating self-practice.
  • You are planning a group retreat in the Glastonbury area and would like to include yoga.
  • You have a small group of friends & family who would like to practice yoga together.

Your first session begins with a health and wellbeing consultation and a discussion of your needs. A personal sequence is devised  which is adjusted from session to session to facilitate your progress. Following each session you will have the opportunity to give and receive feedback. If desired you will be given suggested poses and techniques for self-practice between sessions

Individual 60 minute session - £35

Block of 6 sessions* - £180
