Workshops

 

Workshop is Jennifer's preferred teaching mode. Attending workshop permits the yoga practitioner to have a richer experience. Released from the time constraints of a regular class, we have cleared space in our lives for our yoga, for ourselves.  

We move the practice to a deeper level, exploring the principles behind movement, taking anatomy into consideration, we work at our own pace as the body allows, we have plenty of time to rest and receive individual attention and adjustments from the teacher. Questions and comments can flow spontaneously between teacher and student, opening a dialogue as we progress together, sharing our yoga. 

As the seasons change, so do the requirements of our yoga. Jennifer modifies each session to be appropriate for the time of year, so that we may enhance our energy and mood and harmonise with nature's cycles.
